1. Red Lentils ( Masoor Daal)
lentils are very effective in lightening the skin tone and exfoliating
the dead skin cells. These lentils, when applied as a pack, removes
pigmentation gradually, giving you smooth and clear skin.
How to use:
1 cup of red lentils in water overnight. Grind them to make a smooth
paste. Apply this paste on the inner thighs for 10-15 minutes then rinse
with lukewarm water. Repeat after every 3 days.
2. Aloe Vera Gel

this blog. Aloe vera gel soothes the irritated and inflamed skin and
